For all those effected in places of conflict 
Be that countries 
Be that in the home 
In families

Love and Compassion
For all the places inside us
That are in pain and in fear
 
Love and Mercy  
For all the ways that we need to feel  
And express our pain and anger and fear
Which has consequences and waves
On others around us

Love Compassion and Mercy
On all of us 
In all of our situations
For all that are around us
That are effected by our pain, fear, suffering

Love and Compassion 
On those who are blessed to be 
In the position of power
To make a difference 
Through their kindness
Through their sympathy
Through their understanding
Through their protection

May all beings be blessed
With God's Love Compassion and Mercy

And may we all feel the soothing
The release
The ease of our pain
And the restoration of peace
And Love in our hearts
